I recently visited this ramen spot and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The service was top-notch—friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We got black garlic noodle, rose tteokbokki and bibimbap. They were all delicioso. Highly recommend for a tasty and friendly dining experience! Kid-friendliness: plenty of high chairs and ambient music. don’t waste your time eating here, the hype (at least in this location), is absolutely overrated, but let me tell you the main reason why this review is so low. the owner, i believe miss ruby is her name, mistreats her staff to the public eye. i came here with my younger siblings and i over hear her yelling at one of the chefs in the back like a madwoman, and i certainly wasn’t the only person witnessing that. the food wasn’t up to par either and not worth the prices. just wish she’d treat her staff with respect and not tear them apart in such an ugly manner in front of customers. I used to go to Ramen 101 in San Leandro and thought I'd give this location a try. Walking in, you can order at the kiosk or at the counter then choose a spot to sit--no frills. Gyoza: 3/5 - Not bad, very crispy. My son loved it, he ate it all up. I asked for scissors to cut them and they were very accommodating. Black garlic ramen: 4/5 - Great flavor and portion size. Mildly spicy, which I liked and it wasn't over powering. Parking is fairly easy but depending on the time, it can be pretty busy.
