  • 2 butternut squash
  • 1 bunch of sage
  • 1/2 cup x.v olive oil
  • 1 tbs salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F)

Step 2. Chop the sage roughly.

Step 3. Cut the butternut squash in half, remove the seeds, and then cut it into medium-sized cubes.

Step 4. In a roasting pan, add the squash cubes, chopped sage, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and put the pan in the oven. Toss after 40 minutes.

Step 5. Cook for 30 minutes more. Next, transfer the ingredients into a bowl, add warm water, and mash.
