Amazing experience, you really have to try it when in Kyoto. The chef is fantastic, cooking in front of you all of the dishes, with fresh and seasonal ingredients. He manages to chat with his guests and keep the kitchen clean at the same time. A real magician! Every dish tastes amazing and is memorable. We had the chance to try things we never had before, like Shirako, really interesting. And the rest of the staff is also really good and helpful.
