It is the greatest spot near Tenso Shrine. You will enjoy delicious wine or good craft beer at this bar. As most reviewers notice, coffee is really great.

Love this place, lovely coffee, lovely staff, lovely food, lovely jazz and they are super cool with our little girl. We've lived in Otsuka for nearly 7 years and Riddle is a welcome addition to the local area.
