I hadn't frequented the place for many years having moved from BO to a seaside town in the Marche. The Christmas occasion gave me the opportunity to "immerse" myself in the "Bologneseness" of which I am always nostalgic and which is difficult to find in Bolognese restaurants after the tourist boom of recent years... at Bitone good food, excellent service, classy and "easy" at the same time.
