Now that Rondelle is an Italian ristorante - chef Mauro D'Orazio comes from Aroma on the Lyss - we had to try his Fegato alla Veneziana with risotto. A pleasure! Sliced veal liver with lots of white onions - as it should be. First a few bruschetti and finished with a tiramisu. In addition, a fine Sicilian and looked after by Dino in a room that is loosely laid out in white in the evening That was a lovely evening!
