Sushi Sho has the best sushi I have been able to find in south Aurora. The salmon nigiri melts like butter in your mouth and the all you can eat menu options provide exceptional value for the quality they provide. You can also count on friendly service from the entire staff whether the restaurant is packed or if there are only a few seats filled.
