Quite outstanding value in Salut! French cuisine, but with Japanese style and ingredients, so the best of both worlds. Actually would give the food 4.5 stars because it is imaginative, well cooked, and nicely presented. Wine list is not quite of the same standard; there are very well priced and quite attractive rhone, Spain and chilean reds and whites; but little at higher price points. That means the bill is very reasonable of course, and the food is worth the visit for sure.
