I recently dined at Soy Chinese in Dubai Mall and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite the promising menu, the service was disappointing as dishes arrived sporadically rather than together, disrupting the dining flow. Furthermore, the staff exhibited rudeness and lacked patience, detracting from the overall dining atmosphere. While the food itself was satisfactory, the service shortcomings greatly impacted the dining experience. We are glad had a positive experience at SOY Chinese restaurant! The sizzling prawns and chicken at the Chinese restaurant were outstanding! The sizzling presentation added a unique touch, and both dishes were bursting with flavorful goodness. A definite must-try for anyone visiting! NEEDLESS to say, the service team Mr. Rohit, Amit, Jodh did excellent job to make this day special Well done .
