Honestly been here twice and every time the service is really slow. It took over 40 minutes for a milkshake when we ordered ahead. The girl behind the counter was working constantly running around but she’s the only one here. It’s too much volume for one person. The AC in the place wasn’t even on- not sure what goes on but I think they need to really evaluate their staffing levels and atmosphere.

Really cool place. Great dessert. But oh my goodness the service is very slow. I order one ice cream taco. I suggest ordering online first.

Sugar Rush never disappoints! I tried their crepe with an extra scoop of ice cream, and it was absolutely heavenly. Fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The service was fast, clean, and professional. Special thanks to Amir, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to order again!
