This small "conveyor belt" sushi place is an Iwate classic with very fresh food and excellent egg dishes. We mostly selected traditional sushi pieces. We also enjoyed a roll of pickled plum with shiso. We enjoyed the dashi rolled egg. A dessert special of creme brulee was better than we had in France! It was a Monday night, but they were open (Yay!) The parking lot was crowded and the seats were full at 6:30 pm, but we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. There are only about 5-6 tables that seat 4 people, and less than 30 seats along the counter... So the capacity at the Yahaba store is fairly small... Price per person: ¥1–1,000
