We randomly stopped here for some small bites while driving from elafonissi to falassarna. Just had the dakos here, which were so tasty. The server who served us was a warm and welcoming lady who we chatted with for a bit. The views here were actually quite wonderful. Nice peaceful meal in the afternoon. Service: 5

We discovered this taverna randomly on our way home and it was pleasure to be there. We did takeaway and during the time we waited for our food, they offered us free drinks and some olives and bread. The food was very good and people here were really nice to us. Thank you! Service: 5

If you don't have a reference point on what to expect of food on Crete, then surely it's just fine, but if you compare with just the two other restaurants in the village, then you will find that Sunset Taverna is not only overpriced, but also serving incredibly small and not awfully too well prepared.
