Very traditional Dutch restaurant serving traditional Dutch food. Recommend coming here if you're visiting Amsterdam. The food was delicious, but the vegetables were basically raw. When I was researching for traditional Dutch food in Amsterdam, I was recommended a dish called ‘Stamppot’ from ‘t Heemelrijck. Well, I have had it, and can confirm stamppot is a lovely dish of meat and mashed potatoes with vegetables. Very well seasoned and satiating. The restaurant was lovely, with a beautiful old European decor and staff were really friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
