Chose the Pastoral for high tea as many had good previous experiences. I experienced the last high tea for 10 people as very messy with a lack of customer friendliness, which is a shame. Dietary requirements of pregnant lady and lady without pork were not taken into account, opening a parasol at 25 degrees was not possible because they had not yet been 'tested', cappuccino turned out not to be included in the High tea after all (which was, by the way, by the service is indicated after specific question) so we received a nice additional payment and due to crowds we did not see anyone at our table for long periods. The food was delicious, but the person without pork was served bacon with everything, while the pregnant lady was served raw Parma ham. I do not understand.. The cappuccinos were painful and incomprehensible to us for an already expensive high tea. To be fair, I now see that it is stated on the site. However, the waiter gave us different information, otherwise we might have made different choices. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
