Had 2 schnitzels 1 coke and 1 Radler. It was ready quickly, the schnitzel was almost overcooked... but you don't get fries or a salad with it. This had to be ordered/paid for separately... strange if you ordered a main course.!!!! Schnitzels 38 euros. Without fries/salad. Total paid 54 euros with 1 small basket of fries and salad and 1 cola 1radler. Service: 2 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view

Looking for a terrace in Dokkum we ended up at 't Readhus, where we had a lovely seat with a nice beer and a snack board. Staff was friendly and service was great as it should be, you didn't have to wait long for your order when your glass was almost empty, they came by again Service: 4

After settling down on a beautiful terrace on the water last Sunday, we left feeling disillusioned. The food is prepared without love. There is no balance in the flavors and the salads are downright bad. You may be a ruminant if you want to get rid of the large pieces of lettuce if you like the taste. The middle-aged man serving was far from friendly. Not talkative, please thank you couldn't get rid of it. If you don't intervene yourself, you will still be waiting an hour later. The price-quality ratio is far out of proportion. The only good things are the bottled beers. For us, after having been twice, we will not be coming back.
