tTure is such a lovely find in Tokyo — a cozy natural‑wine bar with an impressive selection from all around the world. I stopped by on a weekday without a reservation and was lucky enough to get a seat at the bar table. Even though the staff’s English was limited, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease dining on my own. The food was great, a beautiful blend of Japanese and European influences. What really stood out was how kind they were to adjust the portions so I could try more dishes — a small gesture that made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
