About last night...I did my Personal Chef thang for an AWESOME young woman for her 50th birthday. 4 courses, Sea Scallops with Grapefruit Butter, Grilled Grapefruit & Goat Cheese Salad (not pictured), Carribean Chicken Risotto, Black Pepper Crusted Leg of Lamb with a Cabernet Syrup , Sauteed Shrimp for my non meat eaters. — at -THE COOKIN DIVA's
