I like the design and the presentation of the breads. The sales person kindly answered all my question about the bread. I feel it’s more than selling bread. It’s also a relation of trust. The bread taste, ingredient of quality I believe, preservation of the bread, honest price, the no butter or eggs ( I don’t mind) heathy bread ( fermented ) may help me live longer. I came with expectation. It was fulfilled. Other customer (regular) are also kind. I don’t think it’s expansive as it is tasty, heathy (fermented with good ingredient, it’s alive and fermented bread is good for your gut heath with the presence of good bacteria) you can keep some the bread ( pain de campagne ) long enough and enjoy for 1-2 week may be. The bread is like in the ancient time in Europe, not like the one made with chemical yeast :)) So the price is justified. On the contrary. I will try to come once in a while. AJ am super happy that I found your bakery thanks to Google. And also Tomaru cafe in Shikaoi. Cheers ! Thank you so much !! I will upload some bread pics later! Pic is pain de campagne.
