It's really not delicious... The tomato pot is not rich at all, and the soup is added with white water... The bottom of the pot feels completely featureless. I am a Sichuanese, and I personally feel that it is not authentic at all... There is no Sichuan and Chongqing flavor at all. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my first hot pot experience. Along with the extremely fresh food, it really compliments the entire experience with its very typical interior style. We tried a variety of fish, vegetables, and tofu in three different broths, and each dish was very tasty. Moreover, the quantities are enormous—what we got for two could easily feed three or four people. I thought it was great that you could make your own sauce with different flavors to suit your tastes. The more people you are, the more opportunities you have to sample their many ingredient alternatives. I had a great time!
