Hagi was a difficult place for me to find an evening meal, so I was very glad to find Vengo. The chef and his wife are a young couple, kind and welcoming, and the small restaurant is bright and cheery. (A family of four with young children, a couple of friends at a nearby table, while I was at the counter.) My meal was a nice starter plate of local products, followed by pasta with local eggplant and pork. I had dessert and a glass of wine. A very pleasant evening! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
