I would like to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received at Vida Café, Airport Shell. I am a regular customer and frequently purchase breakfast from this branch. My usual orders include a croissant with no cheese, coffee without milk, hot chocolate without milk, and occasionally a chicken wrap. Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests, milk is often added to my hot chocolate. Today, before placing my order, I politely asked the staff why my order is frequently prepared incorrectly. To my surprise, two staff members responded that they had never seen me at the café before. The staff members I usually purchase from are two ladies, and they are familiar with my regular orders. However, the two employees I spoke with today insisted that they had never seen me before. One of them continued to say she did not remember me, even after I tried to explain that I am a regular customer. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology or any effort to address my concern. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated as though I was being untruthful about being a customer. The conversation became uncomfortable due to the attitude displayed, so I decided to stop discussing the matter. I believe the staff would benefit from additional customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect, and concerns should be handled professionally and courteously. Whether or not a staff member remembers a customer should not be the focus when a legitimate complaint is raised. I value the products at Vida Café, which is why I continue to patronize the branch. However, I was disappointed by this experience and felt compelled to bring it to your attention. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to improve customer service and ensure that customers are treated with respect. Thank you for your time and attention.
