Clients don't like coffee at this cafe. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is nice here. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak point of vida e caffè is its disappointing service. Many people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I would give them a zero if I could. Extremely rude and inattentive baristas. They don't even bother to specify what coffee they are serving. So we asked for decaf and normal flat white. When she gave me the coffee, I asked her whether it was the decaf or not. She said yes in a jaded way. Turns out it was the flat white she gave me and she was making the decaf next. She also did not even give us the lids despite me asking several times so we had to extend our arms like octopuses to reach for the lids. Interestingly she was much nicer to some other customers with greetings and everything. Not to mention she made fun of us for arguing because I put sugar in my spouse's flat white thinking it was the decaf. Other customers got chocolates alongside the coffee and we didn't. I strongly recommend that the baristas here make use of the vida coffee themselves so they can have a bit more energy to actually treat all customers with respect not just the ones they favor Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a bad experience where by the was a guy working alone while you can see other stuff members doing nothing............ This other Pregnant lady was so rude to everyone I'm not coming back Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 100–150 Service: 1
