Love the ambiance. The only reservation we could get was for 4:30 and it quickly filled up in the next 45 minutes which is about how long it takes for their paella which is amazing! Our server recommended we order the paella right away if we were interested because of how long it takes. It is their only entree so we went for it! The tasty cocktails and curated wine will keep you company. Everything we ordered is 5 stars. Ox tail empanada, beet tiradito, Valencia mixta, and you can’t go wrong with their desserts! I can’t wait to come back. The service is warm, friendly, and relaxed. We never felt rushed. It felt like a vacation:) Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the best experience at Vya, not only was the food and drink phenomenal, but the service and overall atmosphere was one to remember. We ordered the Paella, Oxtail Empanada, Octopus Carpaccio, and the Blistered Shishitos. The shishitos were my favorite, but all were memorable, and I was so sad not to have more leftovers to take home. We also ordered the Sangria Tinto, Cosita Dulce, and the Lush. The espresso martini (Cosita Dulce) was one of the best I ever had. Amazing creative work from Chef Connor and from Mixologist Ashley. We will be back very soon to try the rest of the menu!
