Whenever I come back to Japan, I always visit here. I love the Napolitan Pasta so much, that I visit here for lunch almost every day lol. The owner has decorated the place so cute, it has a lot of personality. This place is a little hidden gem! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
