I came here because I missed Red Robin, and they definitely do deliver in re creating the same menu, some things were off. My server was great, attentive, but getting told right off the rip that if I wanted ketchup, napkins, or salt and pepper, utensils, they won’t be given to me without asking. I understand during covid, less things to have to clean, it came off more as saving money on the owners part, but there was at one point we asked for more napkins, but because we had some on the table that was enough. We are eating messy burgers with our hands, we definitely need more than 2 napkins per person. The onion rings were great, the sauce very much comparable to what Red Robins offered, however I felt that 6 little mozza sticks for 10.99, was a little much. I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon Chicken Burger and it had little to none of the BBQ sauce and so I had to ask for more to add on. While the person I came with ordered the same thing, in beef version, was saturated in the BBQ sauce. The person who I came with also asked for her fries to be well done, and well I did not ask for that, that’s what I got. I definitely will come back, I just wanted to detail my experience.
