I’m really glad I discovered this place and had the chance to enjoy such an amazing experience with Rasht’s local cuisine. I tried the Ash-e-Torsh (sour herb soup) and Ash-e-Doogh (yogurt soup) — the Ash-e-Torsh was absolutely fantastic, especially on a rainy day, it hit the spot perfectly. After that, I ordered tea and the special Khoshkar, which they were preparing fresh right there. It was absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced sweetness with a filling of cinnamon and walnuts that was just amazing. The place is usually crowded, and you might need to wait for a table, but I’m sure it’s because of the great quality they offer.
