came in and these kids were sticking their hands in candy and eating it out they hands and the staff weren’t paying attention. it was so messy. i love yogurt beach but i wont be coming back to this specific location

Service was not good. Then they asked for 20% tip. If you dont serve, then don't ask for a tip.

Hi, Kevin. I am wondering which store you visited? Our employees do not ask for tips so this suprises me. Our POS system offer the opportunity to tip as a part of the payment process just like nearly all retail payment systems do but it's still your choice based on the level of service provided ...

During my visit to the Mayberry Yogurt Beach location last monday I was disappointed to find the establishment staffed by an individual who was extremely abrasive and rude. The young lady working did not come out to greet me. When I asked her for a sample cup she rolled her eyes at me. I will not be returning here. I am very disappointed.
