This restaurant has been in operation for over 17 years and is managed by a single individual. It features only 8 seats, and the owner, Akiyama-san, prepares all the food. He excels in white fish, local sake, and a unique house-made highball infused with spices. Although the restaurant is slightly farther from the station, the journey is worthwhile. It ranks among the best dining experiences I’ve had in Japan. A must-visit restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
