A set meal of toro mackerel for lunch at the Japanese restaurant Sugaya, located in the basement of Hanayama Udon, right next to the Kabukiza Theater. A hearty set meal that uses half of a large mackerel. If you chew the soft body, the fat overflows. Japanese-style vichyssoise as a side dish The popular sea bream chazuke sells out by 12:00, so next time I'll try it earlier!
