Cosy Japanese-run Italian restaurant called Owl, that's still open late, very rare hereabouts. We had to wait quite a bit as there is only two staff around, likely the owners themselves, but it is a good place for a conversation. The spaghetti used is the thinner kind. Lovely small restaurant. Yummy dishes with positive comments from the picky eaters in my group . Owner/ staff were friendly . Our total Bill was around yen9500 for 4 persons. Two pastas , plain omelette, wings, tuna salad, potato salad, one high ball, two coke and a sausage. We thought we made a good choice to visit this place ( and ignored the previous negative comments) Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
