Sanctuary is a unique spot nestled in the scenic surroundings of Fujiwaracho Yamaguchi, Inabe. Known more by word of mouth than through popular restaurant directories, it offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere that seems to cater mainly to those seeking both leisure and a simple dining experience. Despite its limited online presence save for a basic Google listing, visitors have noted the establishment's appeal among both fishing enthusiasts and those who appreciate a tranquil setting.
The restaurant offers primarily dine-in services with notable recommendations for their great coffee and shaved ice, which is prepared in distinctive styles and available in various flavors. Although offering a selection of alcoholic beverages and beer, specific price details remain unknown to potential guests. Not designed for wheelchair access, the sanctuary still provides a charming log cabin setting complete with the essential amenity of clean facilities and free parking areas designated for diners.
In addition to serving food, Sanctuary doubles as part of a fishing complex, incorporating a tackle shop, and this dual-purpose attracts visitors who may or may not engage in fishing activities. Recommendations suggest that while weekends bring a bustling fishing crowd, those preferring a calmer visit might choose weekdays. The eatery’s inexpensive offerings extend beyond the excitement of dining with an optional outdoor terrace seating where guests can enjoy peaceful views over the nearby pond. Despite its appeal for many, up-to-date information regarding its operating hours is missing, adding a degree of unpredictability for those planning a visit.

Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5
