今回はコース料理でいただきました 最初に出てきた前菜は、ローストビーフ柿のなます、タコのやわらか煮 ローストビーフは厚みがあって肉のうまみたっぷりで醤油麹ベースのタレと合う。 柿のなますは、酸味が効いてて日本酒 との相性抜群。 タコのやわらか煮は出汁、みりん、醤油などで煮たもので、歯ごたえの良さとほろほろ口の中で崩れる絶妙なやわらかさで絶品！！ 酒蔵レストランで修行されてた大将が、 調理されたサバの塩麹漬けは、皮の表面はカリッと、身はやわらかくうまみがギュッと凝縮されていて絶品！！ カサゴの唐揚げは、じっくり揚げてあって、頭ごと丸々食べれて、サックサック 大山鳥を使用したもも肉のソテーはマスタードとマヨネーズのソースが味の主張が強いのに、それを超えるもも肉のジューシーさでこってりピリ辛で絶品！！ 締めの雑炊は、出汁が効いてて、優しい味でおなか一杯食べれて大満足。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

「創作和食」という、「ゴチ」とかテレビで観てても値段がさっぱりわからないうえにたいがいは高額なジャンルなのでかなりビビって入ったんですが（しかも予約なし(^_^;)）、思ったよりリーズナブルでとても美味しかったですよ。リラックスして食事が楽しめるお店でした(^^) コースがメインですので予約してコースを楽しむのがよろしいでしょう。
