A culinary stroll through the ocean, with a very knowledgeable guide. The chef was an absolute artist, watchful and deliberate making careful decisions at each step of the omakase, curating the perfectly designed next course for his customers based on their verbal and non verbal feedback cues. The sushi: I have never before had is match, I don't think I will for some time, and certainly not outside of a major culinary hub city like this hidden local gem. Atmosphere was perfect, although we were the only customers there that evening I suspect it doesn't change much with other guests, small size accommodation ensures the best quality control. I did not expect them to accept credit cards and was pleasantly surprised when they did. An awesome birthday evening, and the best sushi I have had. It was an amazing experience, the food was very tasteful and full of flavor. There was a great selection. I would highly recommend. Small seating area at the counter but worth any wait. I will plan on returning when in town again. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
