Perhaps the best sushi I've had since I was in Hokkaido 50+ years ago. Visitors from outside Japan should be forewarned of three things: 1) the chef adds just the right amount of wasabi to each piece of nigiri (you don't need to mix wasabi into the soy sauce), 2) they don't take credit cards, 3) having tasted the real thing, you are unlikely to ever again be satisfied with any sushi restaurant in your home country.
