One of the top 3 best izakayas I have visited, with a level of excitement. I have visited other izakayas in Akita that are rated higher than this one on gourmet websites, but personally, this one is by far the best. I was struck by the appetizer soup, impressed by the assortment of fish, and devastated by the firefly squid risotto, and the two and a half hours passed in a blink of an eye. At the time of our reservation, it was explained that the owner was ill and that the food would take longer to cook, but we didn't mind at all. This is a restaurant I will definitely visit when I go to Akita. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
