I made a reservation as I was traveling alone, and as per everyone's reviews, it was really delicious, and I was very satisfied if I ordered exactly what the owner recommended. First of all, it was delicious and I was impressed from the first appetizer. In the sashimori, the Higan yellowtail and mackerel were so delicious that they were delicious, and then the simmered black seaweed, millet eel tempura, milt, and nigiri were all delicious. Although it was a weekday, it was fully booked by 7pm, and reservations were essential as many groups were turned away both by phone and in person. It was really delicious and I want to go to Fukue again...
