Off the beaten track from Skytree; in the midst of the residential area, but do come when you are around this area. Very local and highly recommended. Grilled eel is out of the world; I ordered twice. Mostly grilled meat and seafood. Also, try their Fukushima sake. Take note, CASH ONLY.
