Food:5/5 - we had ordered two soba noodles with tempura. You can choose cold or hot soba noodles. The food was fresh & tasty. The owner seemed to know that we wanted soba noodles with tempura. I hadn’t had good ramen like this in ages. Service: 5/5 - server was friendly and nice. A place that was ran by a local couple who spoke a few words of English.
