All I can say is that it doesn’t taste like Cantonese food at all, and this is the first time I’ve seen Peking duck skin and meat cooked separately. I spent more than 200 yuan to eat roast duck skin. It was so greasy, with no meat at all, and it was all skin. The other meat has not been served for more than 30 minutes. The two people next door were served at the same time. They had already finished and left. We still have 3 dishes that are not served. The most outrageous thing is that one of the 3 dishes is a vegetable. What kind of vegetable? Does it take you more than 30 minutes to do it? We went to order and ordered a total of 6 dishes. It took half an hour for 3 dishes to be served. After we finished eating, the three of us stared at each other and continued to wait for the other 3 dishes that never came. Finally, we were not in the mood to eat, so we called the waiter and asked about the roast duck. They told us where the roast duck meat went and asked us how to cook it. We were really speechless. Please ask the boss to see how the Beijing roast duck is cooked before adding the dish of Beijing roast duck to the menu. If it doesn’t work, just be honest. It's actually Cantonese roast duck. Overall, it doesn't taste that good. The service is pretty good on the surface, and the price is very expensive. I don't recommend it very much.
