西宮北口のたつあんの元オーナー料理長が提供する 一般的な（昔の）和食と比べリーズナブル（味/値段）かつ、季節の味覚を堪能できる隠れ家的現代風和食店。 阪急六甲駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある「辰庵」は、和モダンな雰囲気が心地よい、隠れ家的な日本料理店です。店内は落ち着いた空間で、カウンター席からは料理人の丁寧な仕事ぶりが見られ、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 特に印象的だったのは、淡路産の鯛を使った「鯛飯」。土鍋で炊き上げられたご飯はふっくらとして香り高く、鯛の旨味がしっかりと染み込んでいて絶品でした。また、旬の食材をふんだんに使っており、前菜からデザートまで一品一品に季節感と丁寧さが感じられます。 今回は焼酎を頂きましたが、日本酒のセレクションも素晴らしく、料理に合わせて選べるのが嬉しいポイント。 懐石に飽きた方。ここはおすすめです。 Price per person: ¥9,000–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
