We highly recommend this wonderful tasting menu, with a special mention for the seasonal asparagus, enlightened by quite the wine list (we didn’t venture into sake tonight, although the local one the chef made us try is reason enough to come back). We are staying in Aomori, and it’s feasible to get back by train (or taxi if the incredible Hokkaido wine has taken its toll). The service was as discrete as it was precise. Don’t miss out.
