I’ve enjoyed the ambiance and food very much, and look-forward to more experiences there... The beer temperature is perfect, the fries with melted cheese are well balanced, the foamy and tasty potato salad under the hamburger patty heightens the meal experience… As I write about this, I want to go back and have a second serving. I am sure the Chef has a few more secretes to unleash upon his clienteles; CowBei is a definite stop for everyone visiting or living in Taipei. It is hard to find a place that offers Western food that has a Taiwanese touch, but preserves flavors and simple presentation expected of such servings… Thank you House!
