I travel between Hong Kong, Taiwan and China a lot so I’ve definitely had a bunch of Chinese food everywhere. Geummun definitely is one of the surprises for us in Busan! The shrimps were the best dish for me but one can definitely taste the care and pride that the chef takes in all the dishes. Also had the Jja Jiang Myeon that we devoured before I remembered to take a photo - the dry version (Gan Ja Jang) really hit a spot. The family running it was also passionate, welcoming and full of energy! Would definitely come back when in Busan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
