I am very disappointed with the service here. We were seated at 2:25 PM, but by 2:50 PM, the staff began clearing our plates and insisted we leave for their 3:00 PM break. Being rushed out while still eating is unacceptable. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in Korea, and I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner 9 months ago

Dear J Kim, We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable service you experienced. Being rushed out during a meal is never okay, and we are deeply sorry for the frustration this caused. We are currently reviewing our service protocols during the transition to our break time to ensure this never happens again. We take your feedback very seriously and will use it to improve our service immediately. We hope you can accept our apology. Warm regards, Mekong Sarong
