I visited Udongdan and tried their flat udon, and it was absolutely satisfying. The noodles were thick and wide, with a wonderfully chewy texture that made every bite enjoyable. The broth was light yet deeply flavorful, perfectly complementing the noodles without overpowering them. The peanut sauce, in particular, was unbelievably delicious and took the dish to another level. Overall, it was a comforting and well-balanced meal that felt simple but carefully made.
