【2025年1月21日】 仁川地下鉄 トンチュン駅で降りて、駅に繋がっているショッピングモールに入る。 上の階のレストラン街に到着。12時前なのに客は多く、なんだか賑わっている。 メニューを見ると、フォーやビーフンを使った料理がメインのようだ。フォー(₩11,000)と春巻き(₩3,500)を注文。 スープは茶色くて濁っているけど、味はコクがあって美味い。少し辛みがある。かなり幅広の麵も弾力があって悪くない。 牛肉は薄くて食べ応えはないけど、硬くはなっていない。春巻きもあっさり。 期待値を上回るデキ。 Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
