Beautiful High teaon the terrace with nice athmosphereintresting menu, specialy i liked small sandwichesmy doughter enjoy high tea for kids is 25$ and enough many food for 8 year old. I was lucky enough to be given a voucher for my birthday for High Tea. I didn't know 17by4 existed, so I didn't know what to expect. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely experience as a whole. The venue, the food, the atmosphere all lovely. I have just purchased a voucher for a friend for her birthday for High Tea.
