Good food and service. Prices were on parr with other places in the area in and around Fort Smith. Good menu selections and they serve breakfast all day as well. Decent amount of parking. The only thing we felt was that it's a little run down in appearance inside and there was only one bathroom that we were shown. However there might be another one on the other side of the restaurant. It's for both men and women. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Chicken Fried, Hamburger, Mashed Potatoes, French Fries Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Lots of seating for families and couples. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables that gives room for those wheel chair bound.

My experience at 4 Star Diner was appalling. Not only did our food take forever and our drinks never arrive, but the restaurant actually allowed people to smoke marijuana inside the dining room. I had my young daughter with me and we were forced to breathe that in while waiting for our meal. This is a blatant violation of Oklahoma’s Clean Air laws and incredibly unprofessional. It felt like the "4 Star" name is a joke—between the service lapses and the illegal indoor smoking, it’s clear management has zero control. We will never be back and I’ll be reporting this to the health department. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40
