Staff always rude and has an attitudes. Employees act as if you're bothering them for doing their jobs. Don't want to bag your items walks away from the counter when you are still trying to complete your transactions. Has an attitude when you ask a question. Terrible customer service.

Do not place any pick up orders here. I made a pick up order last night that I was unable to pick up, instead of canceling the order like they’re supposed to they charged my card and marked the order complete which is not what they are supposed to do, they are supposed to wait until you pick up the order and then charge the card. I went in today since the pick up order wasn’t canceled and was marked complete and they said there was no pick up order made there which is completely false. I showed them the transaction on my 7-eleven account with their address and they completely denied there being any order made. Instead of looking up my order number or going to see if there was an item for pick up they told me I would need to call customer service from the app to get a refund. Mind you the same person that was working last night was there today, so they would have gotten the order and would have had to mark it complete. So either I came in last night and picked it up (which I didn’t) or there was never an order made (which clearly I did) it can’t be both. Horrible customer service and no problem solving skills whatsoever.
