I set a pick up order for 2.30 pm it's 3.31 pm and still not have it. One of the kids is very nice. The other one out of this planet. Good is good but not worth the wait . Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Unprofessional staff and entire store is run terribly. Papa John’s has gone down hill, this store is a perfect example of how. Employees seem more inclined to check their phones or yell on speakerphone instead of helping the customer. Store is filthy, food is subpar even for a fast food pizza place, manager and management seem extremely out of their element. Shut the entire store down and start over, what a disgrace Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
